Unlocking Europe’s Geological Knowledge – together!

October 8, 2026

To connect science, policy, and industry, we have officially launched five dedicated LinkedIn Thematic Forums. These spaces bring together experts, practitioners, and end users to share practical experiences, discuss common needs, and explore the real-world potential of GSEU data and services.

As the GSEU project approaches its conclusion in August 2027, we want to ensure our tools, data, and services truly fit your daily workflow. The Forums aren't just for announcements—they are a two-way street where you can:

  • Ask direct questions about data reliability, limits, and practical uses.
  • Provide feedback that actively shapes final GSEU deliverables.
  • Network with peers across research, industry, and policy.

Click below to join the LinkedIn Group aligned with your field of interest:

Groundwater Forum — Securing and sustainably managing Europe’s vital water resources.

Critical Raw Materials Forum — Supporting strategic raw-material value chains.

Coastal Hazards Forum — Mitigating risks and protecting Europe's coastlines.

Geological Framework Forum — Building a unified, common geological knowledge base.

Windfarm Siting Forum — Accelerating clean energy through environmental and geological insights.

The community is already off to a flying start. Within just 30 days of launch, the Forums have reached: 1,500+ LinkedIn Members and 3,000+ Views & Engagements.

Don't wait until the project wraps up in 2027—start benefiting from shared expertise and influencing GSEU tools today.
