EGDI working group met in Madrid

The European Geological Data Infrastructure (EGDI) working group met this week in Madrid at IGME - Instituto Geológico y Minero de España. These colleagues will support the R&I groups within GSEU in delivering the results by organising, securing, standardising and disseminating the specific data products they will produce and implementing new necessary functionality not currently available in EGDI. They will take the EGDI system to a new level by transforming the current data infrastructure into a knowledge infrastructure.
